Before the trade show even begins, think about sending a pre-show mailing to your clients and a list of attendees from last year's show. Invite your guests to schedule an appointment to visit with you at the show and share a cup of coffee (you can include the coffee or tea packet in your mailing).
These on-site appointments may turn into additional business. And having a few people already at your booth can encourage others to stop by as well.

4) Reinforcing the Brand
You'll also want to reinforce your brand at the show. Handing out promotional products or holding a drawing for some nicer gifts can get your booth some extra attention (especially if you give out something that no one else has).
